PROGRAMME NAME
Intrend Fidelity Card Hungary
PROMOTER OF THE PROGRAMME
Max Mara KFT with registered office in SELLO U.2 2310 SZIGETSZENTMIKLÓS BUDAPEST Hungary (HU) (hereinafter referred to as “Promoter”).
TERRITORY
The Fidelity Card can be activated solely in Hungary in physical stores with the Intrend sign that choose to participate in the programme. The use of the Fidelity Card is limited to Hungary, solely in physical stores that participate in the programme. The Fidelity Card cannot be used for purchases made through the website intrend.it, nor any purchases made through it shall entitle customer (as defined below) to earn any relevant points and/or to use any relevant discount vouchers.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATION
Individuals who have reached the age of 18 may participate.
Each customer (hereinafter "Customer") may be the holder of only one Intrend Fidelity Card Hungary (hereinafter "Fidelity Card").
The Fidelity Card cannot be used by the Customer for advertising purposes or to promote products sold by Promoter, unless otherwise authorized by Promoter.
When registering, the Customer agrees to provide only truthful and correct information. Moreover, the Customer agrees not to register using information that is invented or of third parties. The Customer is requested to keep his/her identifying information and contact details up to date in physical stores that participate in the programme by asking the sales staff or through the Intrend Customer Service.
The terms and conditions of this Regulation, and in particular the duration of the Fidelity Card duration, can be modified and/or cancelled at any time at the discretion of Promoter, providing adequate notice to the Customers.
FIDELITY CARD
The Fidelity Card remains the property of Promoter, the Customer being only a custodian.
The Fidelity card is free of charge.
The Fidelity Card must be shown when making purchases. Promoter reserves the right to request an identity document from the Customer.
The Fidelity card is personal and not transferable.
Fidelity card points are not assignable or transferable.
The Fidelity Card programme cannot be combined with other promotional initiatives.
Anyone who registers for a Fidelity Card agrees to the processing of their data and to be contacted (by mail, email, text message, multimedia message, telephone and other digital communication channels) exclusively for information regarding the Fidelity Card and/or the discount vouchers upon reaching the goals (as referred to in point “EARNING POINTS” below) and the manner in which such discount vouchers can be used.
Without prejudice to any other rights envisaged by law, including the right to compensation for damages, Promoter may revoke the right of the Customer to use the Fidelity Card, suspend the use of the Fidelity Card, and/or deactivate the registration if the Fidelity Card is used in violation the provisions of this Regulation or in the event of abusive or harmful use of the Intrend image and brand.
BENEFITS
A Customer holding a Fidelity Card shall be entitled to:
● Participate in the loyalty programme;
● Obtain discount vouchers upon reaching the goals;
● More accurate after-sales service;
ISSUANCE
A Fidelity card can be obtained through physical stores that participate in the programme by requesting it from the sales staff.
EARNING POINTS
Unless otherwise specified:
● 1 point corresponds to Ft 1 spent on products at full price.
● 1 point corresponds to Ft 2 spent on products on sale or in promotion.
Goals:
● Upon reaching 100,000 points, the customer shall be entitled to a Ft 3,000 discount voucher.
● Upon reaching 250,000 points, the customer shall be entitled to a Ft 9,000 discount voucher.
● Upon reaching 350,000 points, the customer shall be entitled to a Ft 1,8000 discount voucher.
● Upon reaching 550,000 points, the customer shall be entitled to a Ft 4,0000 discount voucher.
Points are generated by purchases of any product from physical stores that participate in the programme.
To earn points through purchases from physical stores that participate in the programme, the Fidelity Card must be shown before each purchase.
Promoter may revoke points from a Customer that were awarded by mistake and/or for violations of the Regulation.
To keep the Fidelity Card valid, the Customer must make at least one valid purchase within a maximum period of 5 years. After this period, the Fidelity Card and its data will be deleted from the database.
Point balances can be checked at any time using the following channels:
● In physical stores that participate in the programme by asking the sales staff.
● By contacting the Customer Service.
USE OF DISCOUNT VOUCHERS
Discount vouchers can be used for a purchase solely in physical stores that participate in the programme in Hungary, having a value that is at least Ft 1 higher than the value of the discount voucher itself, and can be used starting with the sale after the achievement of the goal.
When using any discount vouchers, the value of the Fidelity Card will be decreased by the points corresponding to the discount voucher used.
Discount vouchers can be used only on products at full price sold in physical stores that participate in the programme.
Discount vouchers cannot be used for the purchase of products on sale or in promotion. To protect the Customer, in the physical stores that participate in the programme it is possible to use the services related to the Fidelity Card only upon presentation of the Card in physical or digital form.
LOSS, THEFT OR DETERIORATION
In case of loss, theft or deterioration of the Fidelity Card, the Customer can obtain a replacement Card by simply going to an Intrend physical store in Hungary that participates in the programme contacting the sales staff. The replacement of the Card shall in no way prejudice the benefits that the Customer has acquired up to that time.
Promoter shall not assume any liability for the possible use of the lost or stolen card by parties other than the holder.
TERMINATION OF PARTICIPATION
Participation in the programme shall cease in the following cases:
● At the request of the Customer, at any time.
● If the Customer does not make a purchase within a maximum period of 5 years.
● With the expiration of the programme or if the programme is definitively terminated by Promoter.
DURATION
The Fidelity Card programme is valid from 28/10/2022 to 28/02/2025.
After this period, Promoter shall be entitled to modify the Regulation.
PRIVACY POLICY
The Data Controller of personal data is the company Max Mara KFT with registered office in SELLO U.2 2310 SZIGETSZENTMIKLÓS BUDAPEST Hungary (HU) (the “Data Controller” and/or as defined above “Promoter”). Promoter provides the following relevant information on the methods and purposes of the processing of personal data, in accordance with the provisions of article 13 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679.
Promoter processes personal data collected on both paper and computer/digital tools to manage the Customer's request to join the Fidelity Card programme.
The data collected by Promoter will be processed mainly using electronic tools, exclusively for the following purposes:
● Issuance of the Fidelity Card.
● Management of the earning of points relating to purchases made.
● Management of the discount vouchers available based on the points earned.
● Where applicable, the fulfilment of any legal obligations that Promoter is subject to as Data Controller.
Failure to provide the required personal data (marked with an asterisk) makes it impossible for Promoter to provide the requested service, and therefore the Customer will not be able to join the Fidelity Card programme.
The personal data may be processed by employees or contractors of Promoter appointed to perform such processing, and possibly by external third parties’ companies – carefully selected and appointed as data processors in accordance with the provisions of article 28 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 – that provide Promoter with processing services or activities instrumental to the management of the Fidelity Card programme. Such third parties’ companies include, among others, companies belonging to the Max Mara Group for technical and IT support services for the management of the Fidelity Card programme, Promoter affiliated companies and/or external companies in the context of Fidelity Card management operations (including the storage of the Fidelity Card), points collection and use of the discount vouchers.
Personal data shall not be transferred outside the European Union and shall be stored by Promoter for the period required by current law and in a manner suitable to ensure adequate levels of security. Once the need to process the personal data has ceased, they will be securely deleted from all systems, devices and media that have been used for their storage and/or archiving.
Personal data shall not be disseminated.
It is hereby specified that if Customer has given or gives his/her specific consent for Max Mara Fashion Group S.r.l.'s CRM purposes, the data may be processed by the latter as envisaged by the information notice provided at the time of registration (available on the website hu.intrend.it/legal/privacy), including sending marketing/promotional communications (e.g. newsletters, promotions, invitations to events, etc.). With regard to such processing only, the Data Controller is Max Mara Fashion Group S.r.l. with registered office in Via Pietro Giannone, 10 - 10121 Turin - Italy. For further information on such processing, please refer to the information notice indicated above.
The Customer may access their personal data at any time free of charge or request their updating, modification or deletion, or exercise any other right envisaged by current laws on the protection of personal data, by sending an email to infoprivacy@intrend.it or by sending a letter by post to the address indicated below: Max Mara KFT with registered office in SELLO U.2 2310 SZIGETSZENTMIKLÓS BUDAPEST Hungary (HU).
By contacting Promoter in one of the ways described above, Customers shall be able to exercise their rights to:
● Receive confirmation of the existence of their personal data and access their content.
● Update, modify and/or correct their personal data.
● Request their erasure, anonymization, blocking of data processed unlawfully or restriction of processing.
● Object to the processing for legitimate reasons.
● Object to the processing of data for the purpose of sending advertising or direct sales materials or for performing market research or sending commercial communications.
● Withdraw consent, if given, without prejudice to the lawfulness of the processing based on the consent given before withdrawal.
● request the portability of the personal data provided to the Data Controller (receive a copy of the data provided and request that such data be transmitted to another Data Controller) or lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.
INTREND FIDELITY CARD NETHERLANDS REGULATION
PROGRAMME NAME

PROMOTER OF THE PROGRAMME
Amstermax B.V with registered office in Amerlandseweg 15, 3621 ZC, Breukelen, Netherlands (NL) (hereinafter referred to as “Promoter”).
TERRITORY
The Fidelity Card can be activated solely in Netherlands in physical stores with the Intrend sign that choose to participate in the programme. The use of the Fidelity Card is limited to Netherlands, solely in physical stores that participate in the programme. The Fidelity Card cannot be used for purchases made through the website intrend.it, nor any purchases made through it shall entitle customer (as defined below) to earn any relevant points and/or to use any relevant discount vouchers.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATION

● Upon reaching 550 points, the customer shall be entitled to a €25.00 discount voucher.
● Upon reaching 800 points, the customer shall be entitled to a €50.00 discount voucher.
● Upon reaching 1,200 points, the customer shall be entitled to a €100.00 discount voucher.
Points are generated by purchases of any product from physical stores that participate in the programme.
To earn points through purchases from physical stores that participate in the programme, the Fidelity Card must be shown before each purchase.

PRIVACY POLICY
The Data Controller of personal data is the company Max Mara SAS with registered office in 31 avenue Montaigne 75008 Paris RCS Paris 315 065 300 (the “Data Controller” and/or as defined above “Promoter”). Promoter provides the following relevant information on the methods and purposes of the processing of personal data, in accordance with the provisions of article 13 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679.
Promoter processes personal data collected on both paper and computer/digital tools to manage the Customer's request to join the Fidelity Card programme.
The personal data collected at the time of the Customer's request to join the Fidelity Card programme is subject to processing by automated means by the Promoter in accordance with the regulations in force applicable to the processing of personal data and the protection of privacy, and in particular the provisions of the French Data Protection Act (Law 78-17 of 6 January 1978, as amended) and the General Data Protection Regulation ("Règlement Général sur la Protection des Données", Regulation 2016/679 of 27 April 2016).

Pursuant to the applicable regulations on the protection of personal data (deriving in particular from the General Data Protection Regulation (EU GDPR) on the protection of personal data effective since May 25 2018), by contacting Promoter in one of the ways described above, Customers shall be able to exercise their rights to:
● Receive confirmation of the existence of their personal data and access their content.
● Update, modify and/or correct their personal data.
● Request their erasure, anonymization, blocking of data processed unlawfully or restriction of processing.
● Object to the processing for legitimate reasons.

PROGRAMME NAME
Intrend Fidelity Card Austria
PROMOTER OF THE PROGRAMME
Max Mara Austria GmbH with registered office in Gierstergasse 6, A-1120 Wien (AT) (hereinafter referred to as “Promoter”).
TERRITORY
The Fidelity Card can be activated solely in Austria in physical stores with the Intrend sign that choose to participate in the programme. The use of the Fidelity Card is limited to Austria, solely in physical stores that participate in the programme. The Fidelity Card cannot be used for purchases made through the website intrend.it, nor any purchases made through it shall entitle customer (as defined below) to earn any relevant points and/or to use any relevant discount vouchers.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATION
Individuals who have reached the age of 18 may participate.
Each customer (hereinafter "Customer") may be the holder of only one Intrend Fidelity Card Austria (hereinafter "Fidelity Card").
The Fidelity Card cannot be used by the Customer for advertising purposes or to promote products sold by Promoter, unless otherwise authorized by Promoter.
When registering, the Customer agrees to provide only truthful and correct information. Moreover, the Customer agrees not to register using information that is invented or of third parties. The Customer is requested to keep his/her identifying information and contact details up to date in physical stores that participate in the programme by asking the sales staff or through the Intrend Customer Service.
The terms and conditions of this Regulation, and in particular the duration of the Fidelity Card duration, can be modified providing adequate notice to the Customers, if (i) there is a valid reason for such a change and (ii) the change does not involve additional costs for the Customers. A valid reason exists if the change introduces new functions (in particular to improve or further develop the Fidelity Card), if the Fidelity Card has to be adapted to a new technical environment or increased Customer numbers, or if changes are necessary for operational reasons. The Promoter will inform Customers of all such changes (depending on the contact information provided by SMS or via email). Unless customers are only marginally affected by the changes and/or the changes are more advantageous/favorable for customers, the Promoter will inform Customers (depending on the contact information provided by SMS or email) at least one week in advance of the features and timing of the change, and that the Fidelity Card may continue to be used free of charge or customers may terminate the contract for participation with receiving this information about the changes.
FIDELITY CARD
The Fidelity Card remains the property of Promoter, the Customer being only a custodian.
The Fidelity card is free of charge.
The Fidelity Card must be shown when making purchases. Promoter reserves the right to request an identity document from the Customer to check the legitimacy to use the card.
The Fidelity card is personal and not transferable.
Fidelity card points are not assignable or transferable.
The Fidelity Card programme cannot be combined with other promotional initiatives.
Anyone who registers for a Fidelity Card agrees to the processing of their data and to be contacted (by mail, email, text message, multimedia message, telephone and other digital communication channels) exclusively for information regarding the Fidelity Card and/or the discount vouchers upon reaching the goals (as referred to in point “EARNING POINTS” below) and the manner in which such discount vouchers can be used.
Without prejudice to any other rights envisaged by law, including the right to compensation for damages, Promoter may revoke the right of the Customer to use the Fidelity Card, suspend the use of the Fidelity Card, and/or deactivate the registration if the Fidelity Card is used in culpable violation the provisions of this Regulation or in the event of culpable abusive or harmful use of the Intrend image and brand.
BENEFITS
A Customer holding a Fidelity Card shall be entitled to:
● Participate in the loyalty programme;
● Obtain discount vouchers upon reaching the goals;
● More accurate after-sales service;
ISSUANCE
A Fidelity card can be obtained through physical stores that participate in the programme by requesting it from the sales staff.
EARNING POINTS
Unless otherwise specified:
● 1 point corresponds to €1.00 spent on products at full price.
● 1 point corresponds to €2.00 spent on products on sale or in promotion.
Goals:
● Upon reaching 250 points, the customer shall be entitled to a €10.00 discount voucher.
● Upon reaching 550 points, the customer shall be entitled to a €25.00 discount voucher.
● Upon reaching 800 points, the customer shall be entitled to a €50.00 discount voucher.
● Upon reaching 1,200 points, the customer shall be entitled to a €100.00 discount voucher.
Points are generated by purchases of any product from physical stores that participate in the programme.
To earn points through purchases from physical stores that participate in the programme, the Fidelity Card must be shown before each purchase.
Promoter may revoke points from a Customer that were obviously awarded by mistake and/or for culpable violations of the Regulation.
To keep the Fidelity Card valid, the Customer must make at least one valid purchase within a maximum period of 5 years. After this period, the Fidelity Card and its data will be deleted from the database.
Point balances can be checked at any time using the following channels:
● In physical stores that participate in the programme by asking the sales staff.
● By contacting the Customer Service.
USE OF DISCOUNT VOUCHERS
Discount vouchers can be used for a purchase solely in physical stores that participate in the programme in Austria, having a value that is at least €1.00 higher than the value of the discount voucher itself, and can be used starting with the sale after the achievement of the goal.
When using any discount vouchers, the value of the Fidelity Card will be decreased by the points corresponding to the discount voucher used.
Discount vouchers can be used only on products at full price sold in physical stores that participate in the programme.
Discount vouchers cannot be used for the purchase of products on sale or in promotion. To protect the Customer, in the physical stores that participate in the programme it is possible to use the services related to the Fidelity Card only upon presentation of the Card in physical or digital form.
LOSS, THEFT OR DETERIORATION
In case of loss, theft or deterioration of the Fidelity Card, the Customer can obtain a replacement Card by simply going to an Intrend physical store in Austria that participates in the programme contacting the sales staff. The replacement of the Card shall in no way prejudice the benefits that the Customer has acquired up to that time.
Promoter shall not assume liability for damage caused by slight negligence from the possible use of the lost or stolen card by parties other than the holder. In no way is liability excluded or limited for: wilful misconduct or gross negligence, damages resulting from injury to life, body or health, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, breaches of statutory provisions relating to Intellectual Property Rights of the Promoter, breaches of statutory provisions relating to, material contractual obligations and product liability.
TERMINATION OF PARTICIPATION
Participation in the programme shall cease in the following cases:
● At the request of the Customer, at any time.
● If the Customer does not make a purchase within a maximum period of 5 years.
● With the expiration of the programme or if the programme is definitively terminated by Promoter.
DURATION
The Fidelity Card programme is valid from 17/06/2022 to 28/02/2025.
PRIVACY POLICY
The Data Controller of personal data is the company Max Mara Austria GmbH with registered office in Gierstergasse 6, A-1120 Wien (AT) (the “Data Controller” and/or as defined above “Promoter”). Promoter provides the following relevant information on the methods and purposes of the processing of personal data, in accordance with the provisions of article 13 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 ("GDPR") if Customers take part in the Fidelity Card programme.
In the course of participating in the Fidelity-Card programme, the Data Controller may process personal data, such as:
● Name
● Adress
● E-Mail-adress
● Telephone number
● Shopping behaviour
● Fidelity-points
Promoter processes personal data to manage the Customer's request to join the Fidelity Card programme as well as to provide the Fidelity Card programme based on Art 6 (1) lit b GDPR.
The data collected by Promoter will be processed exclusively for the following purposes:
● Issuance of the Fidelity Card.
● Management of the earning of points relating to purchases made.
● Management of the discount vouchers available based on the points earned.
● Where applicable, the fulfilment of any legal obligations that Promoter is subject to as Data Controller.
Failure to provide the required personal data (marked with an asterisk) makes it impossible for Promoter to provide the requested service, and therefore the Customer will not be able to join the Fidelity Card programme.
The personal data may be processed by employees or contractors of Promoter appointed to perform such processing, and possibly by external third parties’ companies – carefully selected and appointed as data processors in accordance with the provisions of article 28 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 – that provide Promoter with processing services or activities instrumental to the management of the Fidelity Card programme. Such third parties’ companies include, among others, companies belonging to the Max Mara Group for technical and IT support services for the management of the Fidelity Card programme, Promoter affiliated companies and/or external companies in the context of Fidelity Card management operations (including the storage of the Fidelity Card), points collection and use of the discount vouchers.
